TEMECULA VALLEY JUNK PICK-UP

What Fits in a 15 or 20-Yard Dumpster?

Picking the right dumpster comes down to two things: how much space your debris takes up and how heavy it is. Here's what typically fits in our 15- and 20-yard dumpsters, and when weight matters more than size.

Both sizes include delivery, pickup, 2 days and up to 1 ton. Extra days $35 each. Over 1 ton, $98 per ton. No concrete or dirt. Roofing? Call us first. Outside the Temecula Valley, call to confirm delivery.

What fits in a 15-yard dumpster?

  • A garage cleanout. Boxes, old furniture, shelving and household junk from a one- or two-car garage.
  • A bathroom or single-room remodel. Vanity, toilet, drywall, cabinets and flooring from one room.
  • A yard cleanup. Branches, brush, old fencing and patio furniture.
  • A move-out. Furniture and junk left behind after a move.

How does dumpster rental work?

  1. Book online or call and tell us what you're throwing away and how long you need it.
  2. We confirm the size, the delivery day and where it should sit on your property.
  3. We drop it off and you fill it at your own pace.
  4. Call when you're done and we pick it up and haul it away.

What fits in a 20-yard dumpster?

  • A kitchen remodel. Cabinets, countertops, drywall, appliances and flooring.
  • Whole-house flooring. Carpet, pad, laminate or tile from an entire home.
  • A whole-house cleanout. Furniture and household junk from every room.
  • Larger demo projects. Patio covers, decks and multi-room remodels.

A 15-yard dumpster is $450 and a 20-yard is $575, each with delivery, pickup, 2 days and up to 1 ton included.

Why weight matters

Both sizes include up to 1 ton (2,000 pounds) of debris, and weight over that is $98 per ton. Furniture and household junk are bulky but light, so you'll fill the space long before you hit the weight limit. Tile, plaster, wet yard waste and roofing are heavy, so a dumpster can hit 1 ton before it looks full.

Concrete and dirt aren't allowed in our dumpsters at all. Our team can haul them separately, priced on site. Roofing shingles are OK, but call us first at (951) 291-1700 so we can work out how many squares and layers you're tearing off.

Still not sure?

Call (951) 291-1700 and tell us about the project, and we'll recommend a size. Or see our 15-yard and 20-yard pages. If you'd rather not load it yourself, book junk removal and our team does the lifting.
