How much does mattress removal cost?
Mattress removal is priced by how many pieces you have and how much room they take in the truck. Pickups start at $148 and the price covers the labor, loading, hauling and disposal.
Adding a box spring, a frame or other furniture in the same visit costs less than booking another trip. You get a firm price before we start. We take cash, check, card, Zelle and ACH.

- Hot tub or spa removal: $700 to $850
- Upright piano: $300 from a garage, $500 to $600 from inside the house. Baby grand from $600.
- Dumpster rental: 15-yard $450, 20-yard $575, each with 2 days and up to 1 ton included. Extra days $35 each; over 1 ton, $98 per ton. No concrete or dirt; for roofing, call first.
What can add to the price
- Carrying large items down stairs: $35 per item
- Taking items apart to get them out: from $45
- Disposal fees for mattresses, tires and appliances with refrigerant. With several appliances or electronics, we charge only the highest one.
- Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, rock or roofing is quoted on site.

Why have us take it?
- It's heavier than it looks. A king memory foam mattress can weigh more than 100 pounds and has nothing to hold on to.
- Most charities won't take it. Used mattresses are hard to donate in California, so most donation centers turn them away.
- We recycle where we can. Mattresses we pick up go to recycling whenever a facility will take them. California's Bye Bye Mattress program pays for much of that recycling.
Mattresses for hotels, rentals and property managers
Hotels, vacation rentals, assisted living facilities and apartment communities replace mattresses in batches. We can pick up a whole order at once, carry them out from each room and invoice the property. For apartment communities, mattresses dumped at the enclosure are part of our bulk trash removal program.

Usually not. Most charities in California won't accept used mattresses. We take them to recycling whenever possible.

Yes. We can take any number of mattresses, plus box springs, frames and other furniture, in one visit.
Do I need to bring the mattress outside?
No. We carry it out from any room in the house, including upstairs.
How fast can you pick it up?
Most mattress pickups are same-day or next-day. We work seven days a week, 7am to 8pm.
Will the store take my old mattress?
Many retailers will take your old mattress when they deliver a new one, sometimes for a fee. If yours won't, or you're not buying a new one, we will.
