How is the job priced?
Junk removal is priced by volume, with a firm price before we load. Dumpsters are $450 for a 15-yard and $575 for a 20-yard, each with delivery, pickup, 2 days and up to 1 ton. Extra days are $35 and weight over 1 ton is $98 per ton. Roofing is OK in our dumpsters after a quick call, and concrete and dirt aren't allowed.
Truck or dumpster?
Book our truck when the debris is already piled up and you'd rather your crew keep working. Our team loads it and sweeps up. Rent a dumpster when debris builds up over several days and you want somewhere to throw it as you go.
Many contractors use both: a dumpster during demo and our truck for the final cleanup before the walkthrough.
