How Much Does Junk Removal Cost in the Temecula Valley? (2026 Prices)

Short answer: junk removal with Temecula Valley Junk Pick-Up costs $148 to $1,098 per truckload. The price depends on how much of our truck your items fill, not how long the job takes. A half truck is $698 and a full truck is $1,098. Labor, loading, hauling, disposal and sweep-up are included.

Our prices by load size

Our truck holds about 21 cubic yards (14 feet long, 8 feet wide, 5 feet tall). That's bigger than many trailers, so compare cubic yards when you compare "full load" prices between companies.

There are smaller steps in between, so a load that's a little over 1/4 truck isn't charged as a half. Whole-house and large property cleanouts that need more than one truck get a free on-site estimate.

Do you charge by the item, the hour or the weight?

By volume: how much room your items take in the truck. A single couch costs far less than a full garage, and adding more to one trip costs less per item than booking a second trip. Very heavy material is the exception (see below).

What's included in the price?

  • Our crew carries items out from wherever they are: upstairs, the backyard, the garage
  • Loading, hauling and disposal fees at the landfill or recycler
  • Donating usable items and recycling metal, cardboard and electronics where we can
  • Sweeping up the spot where the items were

What can add to the price?

  • Stairs: $35 per large item carried down from upstairs.
  • Taking things apart: from $45 when a piece has to come apart to get out the door.
  • Disposal fees: some items cost more to dispose of, like mattresses, tires and appliances with refrigerant. If you have several appliances or electronics, we charge only the highest one.
  • Heavy material: concrete, dirt, rock, tile and roofing are priced on site, because weight matters more than space.

  • Hot tub or spa removal: $700 to $850
  • Upright piano: $300 from a garage, $500 to $600 from inside the house. Baby grand from $600.
  • Dumpster rental: 15-yard $450, 20-yard $575, with 2 days and 1 ton included

Is the price you see online the final price?

Our online estimator gives you a ballpark in about a minute. The firm price comes from our crew on site, after they see your items and where they are, and you approve it before any work starts. The price we quote on site is the price you pay, even if we misjudged the load. You pay when the job is done, by cash, check, card, Zelle or ACH.

Can I get a price from photos?

Yes. Send a few photos when you book or call (951) 291-1700, and we'll give you a quick ballpark before we come out.
