Concrete, Dirt and Construction Debris Removal in the Temecula Valley
Short answer: we haul remodel and construction debris, including drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets and flooring, priced by how much room it takes in our truck. Very heavy material like concrete, dirt, rock and roofing is priced on site, because weight matters more than space. For long projects, a dumpster on site is often cheaper.
Why is heavy debris priced differently?
A truck full of couches and a truck full of concrete take the same space but weigh very different amounts, and landfills charge by weight. That's why we look at heavy material before we price it.
What do you haul?
- Interior remodel debris: drywall, lumber, cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, doors, windows and old fixtures
- Exterior and yard debris: fencing, deck boards, patio covers, pavers and small amounts of concrete or block
- Packaging and scrap: cardboard, pallets and crates
- Pulled fixtures: water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks and appliances
Can you remove debris from a backyard?
Yes. We load it from the backyard, garage, driveway or job site. You don't need to stage it at the curb.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We do one-time haul-offs and scheduled site cleanups, and we can invoice the job instead of collecting on site. We carry general liability and workers' compensation, with a certificate of insurance for your GC or property manager.
Dumpster or team?
If your project runs for weeks and debris comes out a little at a time, a dumpster parked on site is usually cheaper. Our dumpsters are $450 for a 15-yard and $575 for a 20-yard, with 2 days and 1 ton included. Concrete and dirt aren't allowed in dumpsters, so for those, have our team load it. For roofing, call us first so we can size the dumpster to your roof. The same goes if the debris is already piled up or there's nowhere to put a dumpster.
What we can't take
Asbestos, paint, chemicals and other hazardous waste.
