1. Service Overview

Temecula Valley Junk Pick-Up provides full-service junk removal, cleanouts, and related hauling or labor services for residential and commercial properties. Services include, but are not limited to, item removal, demolition of small structures, disposal, and donation/recycling of eligible items.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All pricing is based on volume, labor, type of material, and disposal fees.

• Quotes given on-site are non-binding until approved by the client.

• Any additional items or changes during service must be approved by the client and may require a change order.

• We reserve the right to update pricing if scope of work changes.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, ACH, Zelle, and escrow billing (for qualifying real estate transactions).

• For escrow billing: payment is due within 7 days if the property falls out of escrow. A 10% monthly late fee may apply for overdue accounts. The listing agent is responsible for payment if the home is removed from the market.

• Invoices not paid within terms may be subject to collections and legal fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• A $50 cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen events.

5. Item Removal Policy

• You affirm that you have the right to dispose of all items we are removing.

• Once removed, items are not retrievable.

• We reserve the right to decline removal of hazardous or prohibited materials (e.g., chemicals, oils, asbestos, etc.).

• E-waste or special disposal fees may apply and will be quoted in advance.

6. Property Access and Liability

• By hiring us, you grant permission to access your property for the purposes of junk removal and clean-up.

• While we take great care to protect your property (e.g., using floor runners, protective gear), we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Unstable or unsafe structures

  • Damage resulting from removal of items embedded in walls, floors, or ceilings

• It is the client’s responsibility to secure pets, valuables, and confidential materials.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1 Day Cleanouts LLC and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or any breach of these terms.

8. No Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or results of our services, and you accept all risk associated with your use of them.
